Nate Ashcraft is Founding Litigation Partner.
His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in commercial contract disputes, business disputes, business torts, fraud and civil wrongs, securities, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, trade secret litigation and other commercial disputes.
He also represents employers in various employment and HR matters, including enforcement of restrictive employment covenants, including covenants not to compete or solicit, and nondisclosure obligations. He also represents clients in a wide range of real estate litigation issues, including construction services liens, payment bond claims, Miller Act claims, landlord/tenant disputes, boundary disputes, foreclosures, construction defects, and other real estate related controversies.
He has significant experience representing clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. He has been successful in courts and tribunals across the country—from California to Utah to New York.
