Jonathan Hansen is the founding partner and President of Capital Law Group. He advises clients in corporate finance transactions, securities compliance, commercial real estate investments, partnership and executive disputes, commercial contracts, estate planning and asset protection.
During his 30-year career, Mr. Hansen has led the structuring, negotiating, and closing of business transactions totaling more than $5 billion. His experience as a business executive and principal investor provide perspective of the practical realities and complexities that his clients face in a variety of business situations.
Mr. Hansen graduated with a JD from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
