Senior Associate

L. Freedom Hansen is a business and corporate attorney who advises startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and investors across a range of industries. With a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) from the University of Utah, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Honors Finance and Entrepreneurship, he provides strategic legal counsel from business formation to exit. His expertise includes corporate governance, venture financing, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions, and other commercial transactions. Many of his clients are based in Utah’s Silicon Slopes and other key business hubs, where he helps companies navigate legal complexities with a focus on optimization for growth, investment, and risk management.
