Partner
Thomas Bagley is a partner at Capital Law Group. Mr. Bagley works with the firm’s real estate, lending, and business transactions groups. He advises clients on a wide variety of real estate, lending, and business law matters.
He assists companies with preparing loan documents, reviewing title reports, closing loan transactions, drafting and reviewing leases and real estate purchase contracts, and other real estate and lending matters. In addition, he assists clients with business formation, structure, strategic relationships, venture capital financings, PIPE investments, technology licensing, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
